Mission:


Reporting to the Ethics & Compliance team, the Sr. Director of Ethics & Compliance Learning and Development will be instrumental in developing and executing on a wide range of engagement, training and communication efforts that foster an ethical culture at Activision Blizzard.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain a catalog of on-demand training to remediate risks
  • Partner with other leaders in Ethics & Compliance to ensure subject matter expertise in content development
  • Surveys
  • Lead training team consisting of Sr. Manager, training coordinator and project manager to ensure attendance data accuracy, logistical support, and oversight of external vendors
  • End-to-end process review
  • Oversight of Activision Blizzard’s overall strategy for compliance training, including identification of key risk areas, assignment of courses according to each employee’s risk profile, and approach to developing and rolling out training content in a manner that supports knowledge retention, and motivation to do the right thing even when nobody is watching
  • Anecdotal (emails from facilitators, trainees, and functional partners)
  • Coach and mentor trainers, and serve as a trainer in certain trainings, with a focus on supporting the successful content design, and implementation of a learning and development strategy that is meaningfully curated for the learner’s engagement
  • Drive the development and execution of ethics and compliance training courses, and assist in the oversight of Activision Blizzard’s ethics and compliance training strategy, including:
  • Development and rollout of in-person, virtual, and asynchronous all-employee training
  • Collaborate with key partners (LEAP team, L&D team, Workday team, HRBPs, Legal, translators, vendors, E&C data team, investigators, etc.)
  • Measuring effectiveness and continuous improvement


Player Profile:


  • Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in ethics & compliance training development
  • Unyiedling integrity and strong commitments to promote diversity and inclusion and high standards of business conduct
  • Ability to balance multiple time sensitive priorities in a fast-moving, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of individuals, including senior management
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding judgment and discretion while handling sensitive information and maintaining high level of confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of work experience
  • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning
