Job Summary:

The Senior Producer Post-Production has a detailed understanding and is a creative thought-partner, when it comes to all aspects of content production and post-production.

You are up to date on the latest social media platforms, trends, and audience tendencies, while possessing the ability to identify new technologies that can improve production quality, lower budget expenditures, and or increase speed to market. You will be a part of, and help lead teams charged with multiple long-form, short-form, social, digital, and new media projects from concept to completion. We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of our Disney brand.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager Production.

You Will

The Senior Producer Post-Production is a member of the new media, digital production and post-production teams, charged with crafting outstanding content. Responsibilities will include oversight of hands-on content creation, managing budgets, interfacing with external agencies, post-production houses, editors, music producers, animation and motion graphics pipelines, production timelines, and experience with projects for both small and large footprints. You will work with the internal team of editors and motion graphics as well as source new talent for short-term project hires, while working with the creative and account teams to implement the creative vision. You will act as a leader to post-production team with a potential for 1-2 direct reports. Have expert knowledge of integrated content development including video, photography, and multi-media campaigns in ever-evolving new media production space.

You Will Have

  • 6+ Years of experience in digital, new media, social content & video production, media networks, or advertising agencies
  • Advanced familiarity with multiple production media including, video, photography and post-production (Graphics, Animation, Color Correction, Audio Mixing, Versioning)
  • Budget and scheduling management skills
  • Well-versed understanding of the latest technology
  • Maintain artist’s schedules to meet project deadlines with the potential for many overlapping simultaneous projects per artist.
  • Manage partners charged with developing creative content and new ideas
  • Adapt to the changing digital environment of advertising/marketing production
  • Experience and an understanding of content development across multiple media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in licensing music, stock video and photography, and developing clearances reports
  • Demonstrated ability to use project management software to organize, track, and manage time and budgets
  • Understand working knowledge with Business Affairs and Legal
  • Experience with Marketing or Advertising agency

Required Education

  • High School Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Film, Broadcast or equivalent

The hiring range for this position in location is $112,012.00 to $150,260.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
