Job Description

Clinical Trial Manager position open for a small-mid sized CRO company.


Phases I-III of a Global Clinical Trial.


This position is 100 % REMOTE and Rates ARE VERY FLEXIBLE ***


The Sr. Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for the routine cross-functional operations of assigned studies.


The Senior CTM acts as the team leader, ensuring that assigned studies are delivered successfully, on-time, within budget, according to the expectations and with the highest level of quality possible.


POSITION OVERVIEW


● Manages the implementation, on-time execution and conduct of clinical studies.

● Manage the development of study plans, timelines, vendor selection as well as ensuring quality and compliance

● Ability to identify potential risks that may impact the studies, e.g., study data, ethical conduct and adherence to ICH guidelines and provides risk mitigation solution

● Appropriately manage the various stages of study activities, e.g., start-up, treatment, maintenance, and close-out to ensure study is conducted on time and within budget

● Understands the data requirements of clinical studies to ensure quality and integrity of data during collection, review, cleaning, and monitoring

● Performs duties with minimal supervision and has the ability to partner with other members of the team to complete deliverables on time

● Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional clinical study teams

● Ability to work with study sponsors
