In short, the end client here (an engineering firm in Nashville) has many backlog projects that they need to address that will run for 5-10 years. As such, they want to bring on contract (or contract-to-hire, direct hire) resources with a variety of specializations to help with the work. The largest need is resources that specialize on the 'Site' side of things. Work is 80% onsite in Nashville, TN with Wednesdays being the work-from-home day. Ideal candidates will be licensed (PE) with 8+ years of experience.
