Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Develop data models to be used in reports/dashboards
  • Conduct data analysis and interpret data to answer key business questions
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and coordinate delivery of projects in scope and on time
  • Define business requirements and functional specifications for a BI solution – including data and reporting/presentation layer requirements.
  • Develop report deliverables and data visualizations, producing valuable insights for stakeholders
  • Drive data architecture and modeling recommendations


Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
  • 4+ years of experience with data visualization (Tableau preferred)
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and comfortable navigating conflicting priorities and ambiguous problems
  • Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL (Snowflake preferred)
  • Strong experience with ETL development, data modeling, and data warehouse design
  • Tableau, dbt, and/or Snowflake Certification is a plus
  • Self-driven, with demonstrated ability to deliver on ambiguous projects and projects/requests with incomplete underlying data.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other quantitative fields preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Analytiks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position's targeted base salary range is $105,000-$135,000. In addition, individuals will be eligible for annual discretionary profit sharing and employee client acquisition/retention bonuses. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified anytime.
