THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Analyst, Development Strategy, you will support innovations of Development design, business strategy and systems to create scalable processes and assure complete and quality implementation. This role will support strategic initiatives, remodels, and roll out programs as well as system and reporting capabilities and improvements for Development and cross functional partners. The Analyst will also collaborate with New Restaurant Opening Analyst to transition innovation into standard execution. Must have a high-level understanding of how development interacts with all teams to best support store opening processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Stay current on end-to-end business processes and complete system functionality that supports business behaviors; leverage this knowledge to maintain a "monitor and control" process; are status objects updating as expected, is the schedule template behaving as intended, are scripts staying functional, are store opens happening within the agreed upon timeline, etc.

2. Anticipate future business needs and evolve systemic functionality, analytics and tools as needed.

3. Maintain analytic tools for Development. This includes streamlined dashboard options that are impactful to minimize ad-hoc requests, timely turnaround of research and special analytic requests, managing reporting fields to stay current with system changes, and effective communication around analytics to department leadership.

4. Ideate, scope and collaborate to build effective tools and system functionality to streamline resource hours and drive efficiency in process. This includes both Development team processes, and cross functional partners like Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Operation partners for store openings, etc. that are connected to New Restaurant Opening system processes.

5. Facilitate execution and change management on business behaviors that relay into technical steps that support digital business (store open timelines in system for app functionality, BI data warehouse updates, system maintenance shut down and impact to partners, reporting data updates, report distribution).

6. Issue resolution - behave as an escalation point for development employees; apply business and system process knowledge to coach and mitigate human error issues and assist on system issue resolutions through IT support.

7. Support strategic initiatives, remodels, retro-fit and roll out programs in an analyst capacity.

8. Create and maintain training program; hands on, documents, help desk, continuing education and proactive sharing.

9. Act on behalf of business within IT initiatives; champion development needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

· Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.

· 5-8 years’ experience in a role supporting system user experience and data management.

· Experience scoping, testing and ideating systemic improvements and innovations.

· Experience connecting system functionality, reporting tools to business processes to support strategy.

· Ability to manage a complete training program (both hands on and documentation).

· Ability to provide life cycle system oversight and enhancements through collaboration with IT.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $83,000-113,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
