Job Summary:
Develops, implements and/or maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, etc. Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations. Balances books and prepares profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements. Supports the Company’s external reporting process by working with various stakeholders to prepare quarterly and annual financial statements along with the related disclosures and MD&A in compliance with U.S. GAAP. May interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations
• Participate in development and maintenance of the Company’s accounting policies and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation.
• Review, track, and maintain information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations.
• Perform accounting functions, which includes the preparation of journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations, for complex accounting matters including stock-based compensation.
• Complete special accounting projects assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide internal and external audit deliverables.
• Prepare and assist with the Company’s external SEC reporting requirements, including the quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders
• Prepare regulatory reporting financial information.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• 4+ years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• CPA preferred, but not required.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets.
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

• Standard work environment
• Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
