Job Title: Sr Accountant, International Tax

Reports to: Sr Manager, International Tax

Location: US Remote
The Role
The Senior Accountant, International Tax will coordinate all aspects of U.S. international tax compliance, prepare and review the U.S. international tax components of ASC 740, maintain the global transfer pricing documentation, and assist with international tax planning strategies. They will also perform detailed calculations, research tax positions, and prepare presentations and written memorandum to document conclusions.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
  • 3. Maintain global transfer pricing policies and coordinate annual transfer pricing documentation
  • 1. Coordinate all aspects of U.S. international tax compliance
  • 4. Monitor and analyze impacts of U.S. tax reform and global tax legislation
  • 2. Prepare and review the U.S. international tax ASC 740 calculations
Who You Are
  • Ideal candidate is an open, curious, and adaptive problem-solver. They are a quick learner and embrace technology. They are also proactive and able to work independently with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
We’d love to hear from people with
  • 6 to 8+ years of corporate income tax experience in private industry and public accounting with a focus on international tax and / or multinational client service

$120,000 - $128,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
