Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of iGaming Commercial, the successful candidate will be assigned a number of key partner accounts, Jurisdictions, and responsible for building lasting relationships that translate into increased revenues generated through our iGaming product offerings.


The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for increasing Anaxi market access and business revenues. The Senior Account manager will be proactive, persistent, and creative in engaging with the partners. This role is key in researching market analysis, game performance, and providing updates to the leadership team. Candidate will be involved in developing operator marketing plans, providing game roadmaps, business matters, technical projects, new product concepts, marketing, and delivery via proprietary means. Candidate will cultivate new business engagement with our industry-wide network, to the biggest names in online gaming where gaming is legal.


The role will include the full lifecycle of sales management. Account managing day to day activities of partners and cultivating new opportunities. Sales skills needed include speaking in public, presenting products, management of legal contracts, and sales closing activities. This candidate will be expected to cultivate a relationship with the partner across the Anaxi iGaming business.


The candidate that will succeed in this role is a Leader that requires a pragmatic, well organized, data-driven, and excellent communication approach.


This position requires that you have a minimum of iGaming account management or sales experience.


What You'll Do

  • Market analysis, research and communicate finding to key stakeholders.
  • Report game performance and share competitive insights.
  • To ensure educated delivery of both marketing and technical documentation.
  • Regular travel to meet customers will be expected.
  • Other duties as defined.
  • To manage and prioritize operators’ daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions.
  • To support product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective and contribute to decisions concerning the continuous improvement of Aristocrat’s IGAMING products and services, providing input where necessary from an overarching commercial strategy perspective.
  • Work with operators/ partners to develop a marking plan for content.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with Aristocrat’s customers by upselling and cross-selling products, features, content, marketing, promotional, and new market opportunities.
  • To provide ongoing Account Management to assigned customers.
  • To achieve annual revenue targets and have the ability to forecast accurately.
  • Continually optimize Aristocrat’s iGaming 360 degree commercial, promotional, and on-site content proposition for Aristocrat’s customers against relevant KPIs.
  • To be both literate and curious with regards to data, and run tracking, reporting and analysis of KPI’s
  • Convey game roadmaps to partners and operators prioritizing delivery.
  • Representing Aristocrat’s IGAMING to assigned partners and take ownership.
  • To lead in-depth Monthly/Quarterly performance reporting, QBR's, and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to Aristocrat’s customers.
  • To identify and co-ordinate training requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Understanding of legal agreements relative to e-gaming.
  • Understand technology/delivery principles at an elevated level.
  • Position location is open to being a hybrid in London or hybrid/remote scenario in USA.
  • Previous experience in a similar role including large account management is highly desirable.
  • Experience and ability to manage complex negotiations.

  • A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Experience in similar iGaming commercial supplier role/s in the iGaming industry (either Sports or Casino) or similar technology based high-growth industries, is a must.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • A passion for online gaming.
  • Experience in data driven decision making and curious to always dig deeper for better insight.
  • Confident presentation skills to deliver with gravitas.
