- 10+ years of experience building environments to support health care related experiences, particularly Health Benefits plan design or Health Benefit Account related experience
- Make informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong presenter
- Have a track record of establishing and maintaining relationships as you work collaboratively across the organization to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach
- Be intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching
- Solid understanding of medical and/or pharmacy claims data
- 10+ years of experience in building cohesive digital products and journeys
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams
- Ability to lead a team in execution and identify, communicate, and remove impediments
- Skilled at influencing and motivating colleagues without formal authority
- Ability to build a strategic vision and translate strategy into an efficient execution plan
