Sql Developer & Reporting Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst for a Contract position with a client located in Minneapolis MN (Remote). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Healthcare industry.

Pay Range: $45-$47/hour on W2 (Depend upon the Exp.)

Pay Range: $50-$52/hour on C2C (Depend upon the Exp.)

Please describe the team the candidate will be working with (number of team members breakdown of the team's skill sets team culture etc.).

We are an agile team who is looking to bring on another strong SQL/SSRS/Snowflake/Tableau Developer to help tackle business asks and work on report development.

Our team builds contractual reports, ad-hoc development, and reporting upgrades to our clients supporting all reporting requests.

The reporting is centered around medical claims and reporting.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)?

Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios

Design innovative, analytical, and fully automated reports and solutions

Act as a project leader to execute key projects and deliverables

Display critical thinking & question the status quo

Identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processes

Provide consulting to teammates, leaders, and clients

Oversee maintenance and production of 90+ report portfolios (Tableau, SSRS, SSIS, etc.)

What does the ideal candidate's background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)?

Intermediate level of database structures & design

Project management experience

Health care or insurance data background

Predictive Analytics or Data Science experience

Agile and scrum experience

Required - SQL Development 3+ Years

Required - Tableau or similar Dashboard Development Experience 3+ Years (PowerBI/Looker/Etc.)

Required - SSRS Experience 1+ Years

Preferred - Healthcare or Insurance Data Experience 2+ Years

Preferred - Snowflake Development Experience 1+ Years

Preferred - Alteryx Development

Intermediate level of database structures & design

Project management experience

Health care or insurance data background

Predictive Analytics or Data Science experience

Agile and scrum experience
