Position:Back-end SQL developer

Location: Miami, FL(Hybrid)

Status: USC or GC

HRO is technically a very tough team, and they have some established strong engineers there- so the ideal person can come in and perform technically but the intangibles and team fit is equally as important here. Jesse will pass on a technically strong candidate that has a bad personality or doesn't show enthusiasm.

The position is hybrid in Miami- 3x weekly onsite

Overview of Role:

·The Backend Developer C# Software Engineers will focus on back-end development.

Duties:

·Provide high quality solutions by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining intranet applications and data projects

·Define objectives/solutions by analyzing user feedback and requests; envisioning system features and functionality to be able to produce a workable solution to users

·Complete application development by coordinating requirements; contributing to team collaboration; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments; supports users and other developers

·Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities.

·Responsible for delivering software that performs extremely well under a heavy load.

·Writing non-blocking code, utilizing advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

·Creating custom, general use modules and components which can be shared amongst many enterprise teams

Required Skills:

·Minimum of 5 years of professional development experience

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·Strong C# Development Skills

·Strong SQL Development Skills

·Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum environment

·Object-Oriented Design (OOD)

·Software and database architecture, software development fundamentals, and software debugging

·Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related area
