Sports Marketing Associate Jobs

MMG Executives is seeking an energetic, innovative leader for our partner marketing team. Our Marketing Associate works side-by-side with our Campaign Manager and will work closely with our sales teams globally. Our Marketing Associate strives to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive the pipeline for net new target demographics as well as customer acquisition opportunities. You will create a marketing mix consisting of regional events, partner marketing, and strategic sales support with visibility and insights into local markets. We are headquartered in Cincinnati, OH with offices in San Francisco, Dallas, and Charleston.

Sports Marketing Associate Duties

• Increase retention via successful marketing presentations
• Work with our sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
• Utilize marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisitions
• Drive sales
• Coach, train, and encourage junior team members
• Interact with clients on a one-to-one basis
• Maintain a positive and competitive workplace atmosphere

Sports Marketing Associate Requirements

• Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be goal-oriented
• Candidates may be subject to background screening
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required
• A creative mindset is a plus!
• Minimum Associates Degree or three years of relevant experience
