Job Description


Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist looking for an exciting opportunity? Spindle, a leading provider of educational services, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position based in Franklin, Indiana, offering competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed
  • Provide therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students


Requirements


  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Indiana State License and Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) registration required
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
  • SLP-Clinical Fellowship candidates will be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Additional Information


  • Caseload of approximately 80 students
  • The position involves working with students in grades K-6th
  • This position pays $50 an hour
