General Summary Of Job Duties
As part of the Sparkle Team, you will be supporting the Facility department.
Essential Job Function And Duties

• Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Arriving on-time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Must maintain your composure in a potentially stressful environment.
• Must protect the company’s best interest.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Be able to work assigned sections independently and unsupervised.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
• Be tasked with the duty in keeping one or more bathrooms clean and clear of debris.
• Some shifts are responsible for cleaning bar mats.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow team members, and vendors.
• Be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
• Must keep assigned sections clean and garbage emptied.
• Be able to follow direction.

• Be courteous, kind and patient with each other.

Skills, Education And Other Requirements

• Excellent customer service.
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
