The Inspire People group is in need of a Spa Attendant for the Shavano Park retreat!

Our Retreat Attendants are the key to the Massage Heights experience. As a Retreat Attendant, you will keep the Retreat prepped and ready to provide the best overall experience to our Guests and Team Members by overseeing the Retreat cleanliness and laundry services. The maintenance of our Retreat is in your hands. We are looking for a Rockstar to join our Massage Heights Shavano Park location!

We are seeking candidates that have a largely open schedule and reliable transportation. Candidates will have a primary location they are scheduled at but must be able to travel to any of our six San Antonio locations (Alamo Heights, Bandera, Leon Springs, Bulverde Marketplace, and Shavano Park, TPC Parkway) if needed. Candidates must be able to work the following schedule:

Sunday 12:30-6:30, Monday 5-9:30, Wednesday 5-9:30, and Thursday 5-9:30.

Responsibilities:

• Vacuum hallways at closing
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Perform any other job related duties
• Clean machines and surrounding areas
• Keep restrooms stocked and clean
• Remove all trash from Retreat at closing
• Keep Team Retreat clean, sweep and mop

Requirements:

• Be people oriented and able to communicate effectively with Team and Guests when needed
• Ability to prioritize and organize work
• Must have outstanding internal customer service with Team
• Must have reliable transportation to commute between all five of our area locations.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads and stand for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to objectively receive feedback and integrate it into your work
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
• Must have a positive attitude
