Emerging Blue is evolving, and we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our team and support the Digital Account Director. As our Sourcing Specialist, you'll be on the front lines and serve as the first impression of Emerging Blue, a very important role of our organization. You will shape and impact initial steps of our hiring process, including candidate sourcing, industry research and outreach communication. Working closely with our Account Directors and Recruiters, you will help us find and submit talented candidates to our clients and hiring managers. You will support the interview process from soup to nuts, including candidate journey and experience, interview scheduling, client reporting and job market research. In this role, you will specialize in recruitment for Digital and Ecommerce jobs.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for all candidates and make candidates feel informed and welcome
  • Assist with posting positions internally and on external job boards
  • Support Account Director with business development efforts and help with various administrative tasks
  • As you touch most aspects of the recruiting process, we look to you to identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our brand, sourcing, and candidate experience
  • Maintain candidate workflow steps throughout interview process in ATS
  • You will manage sourcing initiatives to ensure we connect with the best applicable candidates through networking, LinkedIn and Google searching, niche site tracking, database management, and targeted posting
  • Partner with the Account Director or Recruiter for support on ATS, LinkedIn reports and weekly status updates
  • Provide administrative support and exceptional candidate experience by initial outreach, engagement, preliminary screening, scheduling of interviews, and managing follow-up and feedback
  • Review applications and coordinate next steps with Account Director or Recruiter


Requirements:

  • Ability to be a self-starter, proactive and know how to juggle many tasks
  • Open to employment in the following states: New York, North Carolina and South Carolina
  • Ability to work remotely, but able to meet on an occasional basis in Charleston, SC
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal – you’re the face of Emerging Blue
  • 1+ years of related administrative work or internship experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Human Resources or Fashion Merchandising, Design or Retail Management
  • Adaptable and flexible, be ready for curve balls and changing environments
  • Interest in Digital and Ecommerce industry and/or Recruiting
