About This Role:


As a Solution Lead at Stitch, you will be responsible for evangelizing, designing, architecting and selling solutions that help our clients implement and integrate Braze and its technology partners (i.e., Twilio Segment) into their broader martech stacks. You’ll be driving potential customer opportunities through relationship oriented, consultative approaches to showcase the impact our partnership can have in helping our customers and partners.


To be successful, you will build an understanding of our prospects’ and customers’ objectives and barriers and design a total solution to solve their needs. You will be an expert, expected to demonstrate those solutions to prospect and customer team members, and responsible for delivering on those commitments and solutions to our customers. You will also be working in a channel partnership environment, ensuring alignment with Braze and Braze Account Executives, Solutions Consultants and Sales leadership.


This is an incredibly strategic and highly cross functional role that requires a strong understanding of marketing technology, customer data platforms (CDPs), data governance, marketing and transactional messaging, platform architecture as well as strong communication skills.


What You’ll Do:


  • Demonstrate familiarity and comfort with executive & technical selling situations.
  • Use your passion for technology to anticipate customer needs and questions, listen well, and nurture crucial relationships with our clients
  • Thoughtfully educate prospects on the value and necessity of the product and then effectively demonstrate how our services will alleviate their needs
  • Manage complex sales showing the value in the services our team provides and the technology we’ve built
  • Gain insights on the prospect’s primary issues, communicate the opportunity for our team to create resolution, and use those insights for product feedback to our development team
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and successfully close deals
  • Build relationships and partnerships with teams at Braze to evangelize our services
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, & Services teams to become the voice of the market for internal stakeholders
  • Help expand the rapidly growing market by leveraging your sales skills to grow our pipeline, expand our brand, and ultimately, increase revenue by closing deals
  • Thoroughly understand the business & technology objectives of our prospects & customers
  • Become an expert in Braze and its technology partners (i.e., Twilio Segment)
  • Learn and effectively communicate pricing models as we continue to define and modify them in our early stage company
  • Scope custom solution, architecture, implementation and ongoing consulting needs for our customers.


Requirements


  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and co-workers
  • A successful sales record in B2B and a relentless desire and ability to generate pipeline and close deals
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • A technical aptitude and experience in implementing technology, through consulting, client-side roles or similar
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success, not just personal wins
  • A desire to move fast, try new things, and work collaboratively both internally and externally
  • A focus on learning and a desire to be an expert in the Braze tech stack and MarTech
  • A willingness to think outside the box and quickly develop new innovative solutions to solve our customers needs
  • Background in planning, customizing and delivering strategic technology demonstrations and execution plans
  • 3+ years of Professional Services Sales, Client Success, Implementation and/or consulting experience
  • An ability to move quickly, multi-task, and adapt to our rapidly changing and growing market
  • Strong presentation, sales skills, and relationship building acumen
