Description & Qualifications

UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals be a part of the Time Migrations Services team who will have a focus of Migrating Legacy Time customers to Workforce Dimensions. The Solution Consultant (SC) is responsible for implementing Workforce Management solutions for UKG customers. As the Solution Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will work in a team environment, working closely with the UKG Project Managers and other team members to complete system implementations.

• Utilize technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
• Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors
• Research application questions, assist with setting up testing scenarios and provide testing support to the customer team
• Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments
• Perform business process analysis
• Providing knowledge transfer for customers
• Configure software applications
• Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features, and system processes and procedures

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Must have domain knowledge of Workforce Management
• 2+ years of related work experience in a software environment

Preferred Qualifications

• UKG product experience
• Working experience with Cloud Software Timekeeping applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and technical product knowledge are critical to success
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $59,300 to $85,250, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $68,195 to $98,038 per year.
