Job Description

Austin Fraser is working with its partner in the Aviation Software industry to find a Software Support Manager (or Lead) for their Austin, TX office.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Support Manager or seasoned Support Lead looking for their next step!

What We're Looking for in a Software Support Manager:


  • Administrator-Level Experience with Ticketing Systems (Zendesk preferred)
  • 2+ Years of Leadership Experience of Support Teams
  • SaaS Software Experience (Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Database Experience: SQL or Oracle (preferred)
  • 7+ Years of Software Support Experience (Enterprise-Level Preferred)
