The Role


Successful candidate will work within the Quality and Reliability organization. You will be the primary Software Application developer supporting Quality and Reliability and responsible for a variety of software applications and processes. These range from developing systems to log and track issues, incidences, change requests, test logs, tools to move data between various applications and databases, and building and enhancing reporting & analytics tools. This is a high visibility role for highly expert candidates.


The Person


We are looking for an experienced software application developer who is enthusiastic about all aspects of the development process from process definition & requirements gathering, to solution design, build, and implementation. It is important that the candidate can design nimble solutions for point problems while also having the ability to guide the team towards solutions that meet long-term strategic goals. The candidate must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a disperse global team. The candidate must be an initiative-taker, and able to independently drive tasks to completion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design data solutions that meet Quality and Reliability needs, with high quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement in all areas of work.
  • Follow Agile methodology for full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
  • Software Application Development Engineer experience in the Semi-conductor or manufacturing field.
  • Provide high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
  • Prototype innovative ideas and designs.


Preferred Experience


  • Must have expertise in MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, DAX.
  • Must have working knowledge of React JS, Sails, Bootstrap, Angular, ASP .NET, Blazor, Streamlit frameworks.
  • Strong background in developing fully functional, scalable web application solutions.
  • Must have working experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C#, C++, Web Assembly.
  • Strong data analysis skills such as Python, Power Pivot, Power BI.


Academic Credentials


BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Technology, Information Technology or Equivalent
