The Vision and Cognitive Product team will enable rapid and scalable proliferation of computer vision and deep learn capabilities to maximize the value of unstructured data across the Claims lifecycle.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be:

• Exhibiting a DevOps mindset where team is accountable for product from inception to sunset
• Utilizing agile software development practices, data and testing standards, code reviews, source code management, continuous delivery, and software architecture
• Participating in full software development which includes Design, Development, automated testing and support of software solutions within AWS cloud environment
• Resolving problems that result in a decreased time to market; improves quality, enhances flexibility, and embraces the solution provider mindset\
• Leading solution design using emerging technology solutions considering risks, mitigations, performance, user experience, and testability
• Connecting with business partners to understand requirements that meet business outcomes
• Participating in sprint planning; provides work estimates to deliver product stories; owns development stories and communicate them to the product owner
• Developing a range of solutions on variety of platforms (cloud and on-premise platforms) according to business requirements and implement and deploy the solution that best meets the requirements

Responsibilities:

• Possesses an understanding of User Experience practices to improve usability and interaction between the customer and product
• Utilizes up-to-date coding, testing, security, DevOps, and software engineering practices to maintain and create new applications that support business requirements
• Applies a wide application of complex principles, theories, and concepts in computer science for software engineering solutions
• Responsible for the analysis, design, deployment, support, and security of technology to ensure the organization is efficiently managing its technology and data-related assets in accordance with market best-practices and external regulations
• Collects and analyzes information to identify customer's technical needs, suggest solutions and develop implementation and integration plans (e.g., technical proposals)
• Exhibits DevOps and Agile mindset where team is accountable for product from inception to sunset

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Pytest, Git, and Java
• Critical thinking skills to challenge current thinking and apply right technology to solve problems
• Experience with the concepts/benefits of AI/ML on unstructured data
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and languages
• Hands-on experience with AWS, demonstrating proficiency in leveraging its services and connecting back to on-prem platforms
• Experience AWS architecture and creating stories that provide more detail
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, and bmc MainView Middleware Administrator monitoring applications
• Must have knowledge of AWS core services (namely S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Sagemaker, DynamoDB, Redshift) and deploying the services using Terraform

Salary Range: $85,460.00-$174,900.00

For California, NYC, and CT candidates:

Potential salary range: $85,460.00-$198,750.00

Potential yearly incentive pay: up to 15% of base salary
