About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Software Engineer to focus on improving our generative AI-powered agents. You'll work with a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and other software engineers to enhance the capabilities of our AI interviewing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work on performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation of our AI system.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies for potential integration into our product.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement improvements to our AI agent's algorithms and architecture.
• Collaborate with our data science team to refine models based on interview data.

Qualifications:

• Experience in building and deploying AI models in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
