This is a hybrid position if you are located within 60 minutes of an office. We have offices in Austin, TX and New York, NY.

What You'll Be Working On:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join LifeMart Team as a Fullstack Software Engineer II. This role will work primarily with backend technologies while supporting on the frontend. The candidate would join a small, agile team responsible for building product use cases to support our community team. The candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and implementation of new product features.

• Own and review work for accuracy, quality, performance, and completeness
• Work with partners in product management to understand business requirements
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams like Product Engineering, DevOps, Identify, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, etc.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Worked with CI/CD tools with an emphasis on building quality code and speed to market
• Ability to thrive as part of a multi-site development team
• Good knowledge of API design and development
• Ability to test, debug and monitor your own code
• A bias to action and passion for problem-solving
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies
• 3-5 Years Professional Experience
• 1+ years React experience
• 3+ years Java experience

Salary Range: $117,648 - $151,341. The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
