Job Description

We are seeking an Software Developer to support an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Program.

This position is fully remote working with a DHS Client in Washington, DC.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Work in collaborative environment with various project teams to support the IMDE team at DHS HQ.
  • Conduct requirements analysis as well as design, code, test and evaluate software.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develops and modifies an organization's application systems by encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
  • Install, configure, and develop integrations utilizing XACML standards with current DHS Identity and Data federation systems.
  • Assists with solving problems with existing applications systems.
  • Develop prototype IMDE integrations and configurations based on proposed solution strategies.
  • Prototype one or more provided operational use cases, with a dev/test source and receiving systems to support an operational information exchange.
  • Access to and knowledge of DHS Enterprise OCIO Systems; HQ Cloud, R2D2E, Jira, Confluence, GitLab
  • Ensures that new programs can be integrated into existing application systems.
