We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to join our team! As part of the Technology Team, the software developer will primarily deliver software solutions that bring value to the business. The development is primarily web and web services, mobile applications, APIs and integrations with current products or customers systems. This position offers the opportunity to gain broad software development experience.
This job is onsite in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities include:
- Uses version control and continuous integration.
- Experienced in Object Oriented Programming and web development.
- Delivers innovative software solutions including project planning, software development, testing and implementation.
- Uses design patterns, frameworks, HMVC frameworks (Coldbox a plus).
- Shares expertise with others to improve utilization.
- Proficient in Adobe ColdFusion and/or CMFL server (Lucee a plus).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft C#/.NET.
- Tests software to minimize defects, improved usability and ensure compatibility.
- Works independently and as part of a team to introduce new ideas and solutions.
- Conversant in SQL language, Microsoft SQL Server administration and stored procedures
Skill/Qualifications:
- Windows networking and Office 365.
- Previous experience with ColdFusion preferred.
- ERP functionality and integrations knowledge desirable.
- College degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ year as a software developer.
- Proficient in developing applications using the latest OOP languages and tools
