Social Worker (MSW)

$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications.

Social Worker - Elder Care - Providence ElderPlace

Social Workers (MSWs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments and support systems to patients with psychosocial needs.

Providence ElderPlace is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible through assisted living facilities, clinics, home visits and more. Required qualifications:

  • Required upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker License OR
  • 1 year work experience with geriatric population
  • 2 years Social Work with geriatric age groups from diverse ethnic cultures
  • Required upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License OR
  • Required upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License
  • Master's Degree Social Work
  • Required upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License OR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.95 - $54.80 per hour
