Lorien Columbia seeks an experienced Social Work Director with a background in long term care case management. The ideal candidate must possess critical thinking skills, patience and emotional strength. You must also be driven in pursuing the social work role and developing your clinical skills. As a Social Worker, you should be comfortable helping patients adapt and must collaborate daily with our nursing units and other departments on behalf of our patients. Strong written / verbal communication skills are necessary and you must enjoy being a part of a team.
