Who We are Looking For: We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy being on Social Media and other Internet Platforms. Good News is, you will be fully trained in marketing our online eLearning personal development, success coaching and leadership products. We have excellent ongoing support and training and multiple live training/company calls weekly. We want self-motivated people who like working on their own, and do not need supervision to get things done. You would consider yourself able to embark on a ‘work for self’ life-style. Your income is derived from product sales and you can earn generous compensation.

:

• Track online conversion ratios (appointments/sales, leads/converted appointments, appointments made/appointments kept) and reports information to the management team.
• Place multiple ads on all social media platforms daily - generating high volume leads
• Attend weekly training meetings to further develop yourself skills both professionally and personally
• Prospecting potential candidates through all means of data sources, ie: LinkedIn, Facebook, Job Postings, etc.
• Make 20+ calls daily to reach minimum KPI’s per company requirements from sourced ad leads
• Outbound calls to qualified applicants and conduct interviews based on those leads.
• Set up daily, weekly, and monthly goals through lead generation activities of multiple channels

Job Requirements:

·You must be mature minded with a minimum 3 years professional work experience

·You must be a good speaker and communicator in the English Language

·You have ability to work from home in a quiet, non-interrupted environment for minimum 20 hours a week

·You are required to supply your own Laptop or Desktop Computer, High Speed Internet/Wi-Fi Access, and a Telephone

·You must have a laser focused work ethic, be ethical, and willing to “never quit”

·You must be coachable and wiling to learn and follow instructions

·You agree to ongoing professional and company development
