MyCreative Inc. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our team! The Specialist will manage the organization's organic social media presence on LinkedIn and other platforms, as well as work with a variety of clients to manage their digital marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a team-player, and has the ability to focus in times of high-demand.

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in creating marketing plans, segment timings, and schedules.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase website traffic and profits.
• Assist the marketing team with various tasks as needed.
• Archive and deliver data to the marketing team.
• Manage the organization's organic social media presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Work with clients to generate creative content, planning and executing content calendars, and setting up social accounts.

Experience & Requirements:

• An openness to and great attitude about receiving feedback.
• Ability to execute cleanly in a rapidly changing environment and seasonality.
• Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
• Google Workspace (G Suite) proficiency.
• Previous professional experience in social media management and digital marketing preferred.

Additional Requirements:

·Bilingual in English and Spanish.

·Ability to interact with clients and team members in a positive, productive, and respectful manner.

·Proactive in anticipating needs and taking initiative to keep operations running smoothly.

·Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under and meet tight deadlines.

·Strong decision-making skills and professionalism.

·Demonstrated dependability, reliability, and ability to maintain confidential information.

·Ability to work both independently and as a team player, advancing the interests of the company at all times.
