The ideal candidate will be responsible for 100-120 pieces of social media content across a range of clients every single week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create content that meets the client’s objective, brand, and scope (website visits, events awareness, engagement, etc.)
- Communicate with other team members when graphics are finished before and after proofing and review.
- Deliver content on time
- Interact with team members as needed, clients on occasion
- Write social media captions alongside your content to create a holistic social media experience for high engagement
- Design and create 100-120 pieces of weekly content for Missio clients utilizing professional design tools, structures, templates and guidelines provided by Missio
- Create high-quality, impactful, professional designs and videos based on client preferences, culture and voice, to improve social media engagement.
- Understand and utilize the latest social media trends and technologies.
- Proof all graphics and videos prior to uploading to avoid errors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Error reporting on time
- Submission of monthly reports on time
- All tasks set-up at 100%
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- Understand design foundations such as use of typography, color, kerning, font pairing, hierarchy, layering, etc
- Experience using Canva and video software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- Excellent verbal, written and problem-solving skills
- Experience in utilizing analytics tools such as HootSuite, Buffer, Zoho is a huge plus.
- Experience with churches is a plus!
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Social Media role or an associated position is required
- Being able to deliver content on time is a must.
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets)
- Skills and experience in using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc is required.
