Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating innovative campaigns that will help us reach our target audience. Besides social media, the candidate will also manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Youtube, Meta and LinkedIn.

Also, the candidate will coordinate with the creative team to produce content for our internal marketing and produce episodical content. Finally, they can expect to devote some time weekly to sales and outreach such as phone calls, emails, in person meetings and networking events.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to comments on social media accounts.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Create and deliver weekly newsletters & blog
• Develop and implement social media strategies.
• Work with creative team to create internal marketing content
• Carry out outreach, research potential clients and meet with them to close deals.
• Prepare and manage paid ad campaigns
• Manage and monitor social media accounts.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Basic understand of Video Production
• Confident and Strong Public Speaker
• Open to Travel occasionally out of area for networking events, marketing meetings, etc.
• Must live in the Rogue Valley
• Able to be independent on work alone, but also a team player
• Marketing background

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour shift
