Job Description

HR Soul is recruiting for a Social Media Manager.


  • This creative voice will create content that aligns with brand identity and business goals.
  • Monitor and engage with our community of followers and increase exposure to gain new followers.
  • The social media manager is responsible for handling all of the clients social channels.
  • Analyze data to determine effectiveness of social media initiatives and pivot as needed.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Analyze engagement to determine if goals are being met and provide monthly reporting to management team.
  • Suggest new strategies to increase engagement and following.
  • Engage with audience and respond to all communications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PD and Purchasing departments for content ideas.
  • Work with our photographer/videographer to clearly communicate goals for images and reels.
  • Choose and apply appropriate logos to lifestyle photography images of our products. Knowledge of our decorating capabilities will be key to ensuring images are true to life.
  • Evaluate new and emerging online and social media channels.
  • Develop creative content that aligns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create blog content to inform and inspire our customer base.
  • Research industry and non-industry publications for educational articles to share with our community.
  • Review proposed content with management team for feedback and approval.
  • Schedule all content across multiple platforms via a scheduling app.


Requirements:


  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with scheduling programs and content calendars.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • FBA in Marketing or Mass Communications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in all Adobe programs, such as Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Desire to grow the company through your vision and expertise showing our brand and products in the best possible manner.


Other Skills/Abilities


  • B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
