Internship Description:

As a Social Media Intern at EducationDynamics, you will play a crucial role in assisting our digital marketing team in developing and executing effective social media strategies for our partner schools. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced digital marketers and gain hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms. Your creativity and strategic thinking skills will be put to the test as you help us grow our online presence and engage with our target audience.

The length and date of this internship is: Summer (June 12th – August 18th)

As Social Media Intern you will be assisting in the development and implementation of social media strategies to drive brand awareness and prospective student engagement that will help the EducationDynamics team in the student recruitment funnel.

Training and Development in this area can lead to positions such as:

  • Content Strategist
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Social Media Manager
  • Digital Marketing Strategist

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
  • Ability to create engaging and compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work up to 29 hours per week, during the Monday to Friday work week (able to work remotely)
  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
