- Monitor and analyze community metrics, including engagement rates, user acquisition, retention, and sentiment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive community experience for users.
- Develop and manage community events, including online and offline meetups, webinars, and user groups.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and advocates to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and manage a vibrant and engaged community across multiple channels, including social media, in-app messaging, and email.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging content for different channels and audiences.
- Experience working with consumer apps is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial drive with proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, with a track record of building and managing successful online communities and company presence.
- Experience with social media management tools, in-app messaging, email marketing platforms, and community management platforms.
- Experience partnering on the development of social and digital marketing plans and campaigns.
- Empathetic and understanding of our customers and their unique challenges with a commitment to surprising and delighting each customer.
- Knowledge of online community best practices and emerging trends.
