Stackline is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong community of users around our consumer app – helping to bring consumers and brands together. This role will require a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentality, strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, and a ‘in-the-know' understanding of top trends in pop culture including strong experience in digital media and marketing channels.


This role is based in our Seattle, WA headquarters and will work closely with the executive team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and analyze community metrics, including engagement rates, user acquisition, retention, and sentiment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive community experience for users.
  • Develop and manage community events, including online and offline meetups, webinars, and user groups.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and advocates to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Respond to user inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and manage a vibrant and engaged community across multiple channels, including social media, in-app messaging, and email.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging content for different channels and audiences.
  • Experience working with consumer apps is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, with a track record of building and managing successful online communities and company presence.
  • Experience with social media management tools, in-app messaging, email marketing platforms, and community management platforms.
  • Experience partnering on the development of social and digital marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Empathetic and understanding of our customers and their unique challenges with a commitment to surprising and delighting each customer.
  • Knowledge of online community best practices and emerging trends.

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and performance. The pay range for this position in Seattle is $105,000 - 135,000 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
