We’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager to strategize and drive engaging marketing content from our creative team that educates and delights the audience across our clients' social media channels. You will spearhead developing new ideas for the creative team to execute. In addition, create the strategic plan to keep our clients 3 months ahead in their social medica marketing strategy. Are you organized, have strong communication, and enjoy being client facing? Then this job is for you! You will be the key link between the client and our creative team. You dive into strategy, while our creative team follows through with the actual creative content.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, collaborator, a team leader, organized and loves brand storytelling.

In addition, this role is responsible for helping drive new clients to Social club, drive outreach and business development, while upselling and cross-selling our current clients on side project work. Are you an organized sales enthusiast?

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social strategy across brand social accounts

- Own and manage social media content calendars

- Review client briefs to translate into social-first content for the given client

- Manage community engagement and embody brand voice to further build brand identity

- Create copy for the social posts across all channels

- Schedule social posts through third-party tools, such as Sprout Social

- Create monthly analytics reports

- Read and action learnings from reports to ongoing social calendar

- Stay up-to-date with changes across our social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness

- Own and drive brand growth with an omnichannel marketing approach

- Spearhead cross-collaborations and brand partnerships with like-minded businesses

- Oversee client relationship and guide day-to-day operations with partners, serving with a client-first approach

- Strategic Planning, Sales strategy, keeping the client 3 months ahead

- Outreach, Business Development

- Discovery calls, proposal pitches, contract negotiations

- Sales Role + Commission

Qualifications:

- Located in the greater Atlanta area

- Ability to report to the office 4 days per week

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- 1-3years experience in Sales and or Business Development

-1 year experience in Marketing, PR, or Social Media preferred

- Experience with Salesforce or other related CRM

- Experience with Asana or other related project management tool

- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills

- Familiar with graphic design, including programs such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

- Familiar with Sprout Social preferred

- Familiar with video/Instagram Reels and TikTok

- Strong DSLR knowledge

- Strong customer service skills

- An outgoing and positive personality

- Must have strong organizational and project management skills

- Strong attention to details

- Ability to prioritize under pressure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies

- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions

- Possess a high level of creativity

- Ready to jump into a fast-paced startup environment, multi-task and wear multiple hats.
