Skilled Laborer Jobs

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring! We are actively seeking Skilled Construction Laborers and Helpers to join our team. You must be hard-working, reliable, and able to perform various tasks including assembly of components, building bracing and scaffolding, loading/unloading materials, and operating equipment and hand tools. We prefer candidates who can work both independently and as part of a team, and who have at least 2 years of experience in construction. Note: The Pay Rate for this job is $17 - $20 / Hour Responsibilities:

• Assembling and installing personnel lifts and hoists.
• Handling and working on different frames and girders to construct steel structures
• Clean up job site at end of day and ensure all equipment is properly securedÂ
• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in concrete, carpentry, steel construction.
• Using a variety of drills, plumb bobs, levels, and laser equipment.
• Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor in adverse weather conditions.
• Must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands
• Knowledge of construction principles and methods
• OSHA 10 Certification strong preferred Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to Foreman.
