Skilled Laborer Jobs

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is actively seeking Skilled Laborers to assist on a local Solar Site in Prince George, VA to assist in the installation process. This is a Full-Time position. All candidates should be available to work 40-50 hours per week and have at least 1 year experience in construction.

Note - The pay rate for this jon is $20 . hour

Responsibilities

• Removal of trash & debris.
• Unloading of various trucks that are full of various solar supplies
• Use of hand tools for Positioning, bolting, and securing panel mounts
• Supporting the equipment operators in the unloading of trucks with solar supplies; Spotting the trucks as they are driving into the staging areas, staging the materials around the lay down yards
• Lifting the various solar equipment and moving around the site
• Taking inventory of the trucks that are being unloaded to ensure it matches the shipping labels
• Working with the various crews to ensure all solar supplies are laid out in the correct are

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lb.
• Able to pass Tier 1Background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Certified strongly preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, people skills, and solid time management skills are a must OSHA 10
