We are looking for a Site Safety & Health Coordinator to join our team.


Qualifications


OSHA 30


The Site Safety & Health Coordinator shall have completed three years of satisfactory experience in preparing and enforcing safety programs. The Site Safety & Health Coordinator shall have completed the OSHA 30-hour construction safety class.


Ability to work in highly specific work environment and around related equipment. Your primary responsibilities center on the successful implementation and support of the Site-Specific Safety Plan in the field. Manage the company environmental health and safety programs at the project level, driving a safety-oriented approach to work. Compile, analyze, and interpret occupational illness and accident statistical data at the project level. Routinely monitor the workforce for unsafe behaviors and coach employees on the correct behaviors when observed. Conduct incident investigations by interviewing witnesses, compiling witness statements, photographs, measurements and assessed damages to determine root causes.
