As the Regulatory Site Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring that regulatory paper documents are printed and electronically filed in preparation for monitor visits. You will also serve as a building escort for the monitors into the secured monitor suite area.


  • You will track the completion of protocol trainings
  • You will maintain organization of the Regulatory File room, including archiving notebooks as needed
  • You will ensure all regulatory documentation is compliant with local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for format and content
  • You will provide administrative support to the Site Support department
  • You will establish and maintain a document management system for regulatory documents and electronic files for each study at the site
  • You will maintain FDA and GCP required regulatory documentation for individual sites, studies, sponsors and/or other networks.
  • You will escort monitors to and from the secured Monitoring Suite area
  • You will track documents pending site regulatory signatures


You should have for this position:


  • Clinical Research Certification (SOCRA or ACRP) is preferred
  • A High School Diploma, preferably an Associate’s Degree
  • Research experience is preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience
