Site Director - Manufacturing

As Site Director you will have complete oversight of a manufacturing facility/warehouse located just south of Minneapolis/St. Paul. In this role you will be responsible for full P&L, KPI Cost Metrics, managing cost and future spend, employs 300+, direct reports to include Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Safety, Logistics, Raw Materials and Finance. Must have experience in make-to-order or high-mix business with aggressive lead times, and proven track record of transformational leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing complex manufacturing facility within 125-300 minimum employees
• Expert in Powerpoint, Presentations, Excel and Project Management
• Proven ability to lead operations initiatives and drive Sales, Revenue, Cost Management, Gross Profit and Budget.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
• Can effectively utilize Oracle ERP system to manage business as well as assist co-workers and direct reports.
• Must have 4 year degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain
• Proven ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Lean Manufacturing leadership
