The Site Administrator is a vital member of our leadership team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Home Team leadership. Our administrators lead the clinical and administrative teams to contribute to the Brighton mission. If you are a self-motivated leader focused on building team morale and cultivating an environment where our team members are valued and respected we want you on our team! We depend on our administrators to implement and lead the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To,
  • And perform additional, related duties as needed
  • Lead team development including in-service education, continuing education, and teammate evaluations
  • Serve as the leader of the site's leadership team to ensure the site meets Brighton and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively interview, hire, and onboard compassionate and skilled clinical team members to ensure staffing levels meet patient census levels and Brighton growth objectives
  • Meet regularly to review, inform, and strategize with Chief Operating Officer and Home Team on the patient, personnel, and service management issues and concerns
  • Act as a servant leader to ensure healthy morale and engagement of full site team
  • Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care, treatment, and services
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice

Desired Skills/Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of proven leadership and managerial experience, preferably in the hospice/healthcare industry
  • MBA preferred; or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • A desire to take the next big step in your career
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines; business management, nursing, or health care administration.
  • Passion forproviding the best possible care to patients and their families in a hospice environment
