Duties
This position starts at a salary of $112,015.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $145,617.00 (GS-13, Step 10) with promotion potential to $145,617 (GS-13 Step 10). In this position you will be exposed to classified and/or sensitive information and programs. You will be performing various signals intelligence analysis and duties. Major duties for this position include but are not limited to: Applying signals intelligence and other technical analytical knowledge, skills, and abilities to produce intelligence products in support of operations, selecting the proper methods of dissemination, and coordinating dissemination appropriately. Compiling, collating, and exploiting information from CBP databases, open-source reporting, Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement systems and databases in support of CBP border security operations, developing subject matter expertise in assigned functional, geographic or threat portfolios. Identifying, reviewing, and evaluating large volumes of sensitive and complex information in support of strategic, operational or tactical operations. Establishing intelligence techniques to analyze data from a variety of sources to develop targets, trends, patterns, profiles, estimates, and studies in support of CBP operational and mission success. Establishing working relationships with personnel in related fields throughout the CBP Intelligence Enterprise (IE) and within partner agencies.
