Shuttle Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION:



Pay Rate: $23.91 - $28.13 Per Hour!, DOE + Benefits

The Shuttle Driver transports casino guests and Team Members using company vehicles.
Position requires a valid California Class A and/or B License with a "P" passenger endorsement and air brake endorsement.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Primary Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks:

  • Operate vehicles safely and in compliance with all motor vehicle laws and speed limits.
  • Drive assigned route as scheduled.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Perform routine safety check of the vehicle at the beginning of each shift.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is clean at all times, both inside and outside.

Required Qualifications:

  • Driving record must have less than 50% of the permissible points allowed per California DMV.
  • Air break endorsement required and passenger “P” endorsement within 90 days of employment.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
  • Ability to learn and apply all departmental safety practices and procedures.
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
  • Valid California Commercial Driver’s License (class A or B).
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • One year of commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
