Shop Fabricator Jobs

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented shop fabricator to join our team at Spaceworx. As a shop fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling our modular privacy pods and collaboration booths into prefabricated panel systems for final assembly onsite. Your function will also be to assist in crate building and packing units, ready for shipment . Responsibilities

• Cut, measure, and shape materials using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and project specifications
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet standards and specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Install electrical wiring, lighting, and fixtures as needed
• Weld, screw, glue, and assemble pieces to build modular privacy pods and collaboration booths

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in fabrication, construction, or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ability to work well in a team environment
