Airstream Adventures-Ultimate Airstreams of Clackamas, OR is looking to hire a Jack or Jill of all Trades for our Shop Assistant-Inventory Clerk-Parts Runner position. This Shop Assistant position earns a competitive hourly rate of $23-$25 per hour , depending on experience and training.

80 Hours of PTO available on day one!

WORK SCHEDULE

This position typically works Monday - Thursday, 7:00AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime as business needs dictate.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE ULTIMATE AIRSTREAMS SHOP ASSISTANT

The Shop Assistant will assist the Production Manager and the Ultimate Team in various technical and administrative tasks. Specific duties of a Shop Assistant include assisting with dealership/warehouse loading, monitoring program schedules, assisting with projects by compiling kit preparation, handling day to day administrative tasks in the department, acting as a liaison between production and dealerships, ensuring that all the raw materials are stocked in appropriate quantities, and performing several other tasks as required. This is just a snapshot of what this important role provides to our team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SHOP ASSISTANT

• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Provide assistance and support to Supply Chain Coordinator.
• Clean and organize work areas.
• Pull and organize inventory for Guest projects.
• Take on other projects as needed.
• Help out with cleaning and light maintenance as needed in the shop.
• Must have strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to perform cycle counts of inventory.
• May cross-train to perform other duties.
• Frequent travel to various stores to purchase parts and other supplies for the shop.
• May be required to become forklift certified.
• Maintain and organize "demo" area and proper disposal of materials.
• Responsible for Guest check-in/check-out process, including weigh and inspection of units.
• Receive/inspect and stock parts in bin locations.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles. The expected pay for this position is $14.75 - $32.75 Hourly.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
