Job Description
La principal responsabilidad del empleado de envío y recepción es distribuir y mantener un registro


de los envíos recibidos y salientes. Este asociado asegura el control adecuado del inventario de piezas


y las funciones administrativas relacionadas.


Responsabilidades


Elaboración de documentos de embarque como BOL, Manifiesto.


Imprimir etiquetas de UPS, FedEx y envío.


Imprimir AWBs, llama a las aerolíneas.


Enviar EDI


Contacto a los transportistas para solicitar ETA, tarifas, horarios de envío, otros.


Seguimiento de paquetes y cargas.


Procesar cajas devueltas, cambios y pedidos especiales.


Organizar y escanear POD y recoger boletos


Comunicarse con los conductores


Contestar llamadas telefónicas


Otros deberes según sea necesario

Horario: 7:00 am a 4:00pm

The primary responsibility of the shipping and receiving clerk is to distribute and maintain a record


of incoming and outgoing shipments. This associate ensures proper control of parts inventory


and related administrative functions.


Responsibilities


Preparation of shipping documents such as BOL, Manifesto.


Print UPS, FedEx and shipping labels.


Print AWB's, call the airlines.


Send EDI


Contact the carriers to request ETA, rates, shipping times, others.


Package and cargo tracking.


Process returned boxes, exchanges and special orders.


Organize and scan POD and collect tickets


Communicate with drivers


answer phone calls


Other duties as needed

Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
