Salary: $68,000- $70,000

A Shipping & Receiving Manager will oversee the shipping and receiving activities of 8-15 team members. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment, operate forklifts, RF Scanners, and pallet jacks, and work on the floor with the team for 80%-90% of the day. They should also conduct staff meetings and maintain accountability for the team's daily order picking/shipping goals and productivity.

The successful candidate will have previous experience developing a team within a warehouse or other exciting related environment, shipping and receiving, inventory processes, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
