• Following all product preparations procedures and maintaining established product holding times
• Committing to meeting the needs and expectations of the restaurant’s customers and minimizing customer complaints
• Making quality products
• Dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
• Consistently contributing to achieving the Company’s product goal
• You are able to adhere to expectations and guidelines

• You ensure adequate shift coverage for restaurant and are able to provide immediate feedback and correct problems when identified.

• You contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals. You can execute cash management duties and assist in managing adequate inventory levels using the company’s systems and procedures to minimize loss.

• You are a leader
• You are able to delegate throughout your shift. You can assign duties and have a voice and ability to command attention in the kitchen.

Key Ingredients

• Serve-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
