Spears Manufacturing has an immediate need for Molding setups, Screw machine Operators, and Machinists.


Molding setup personnel must have a good mechanical aptitude. Machine operators should have a working knowledge of manual lathes, screw machines, or other processing equipment. Machinists must have experience or Technical school training.
